Heat Pump – “Positioning”

I have recently visited homes where the future and the timing of repairs is “up in the Air”!!

This can pose a problem for the house owner as in many cases the original heating is no longer working and may mean the household going through winter without heat.In many of these cases it is not always possible to find the ideal place for the indoor and outdoor units due to repairs needed.However that does not mean we cannot keep you warm during winter.

In negotiation with the owner we can select a position which may not be permanent but which will provide the warmth over the cold winter months. When the alterations start we can arrange for a technician to unhook the system and once the work is complete , reinstall in a permanent position. In many cases this cost is covered by insurance along with the earthquake repairs to the house.

This is certainly a better option than waiting until repairs are completed and freezing in the meantime!
