Available shortly from Daikin you will be able to use a Wi-Fi interface giving you the ability to control the system via a smart phone or web browser. So what does this mean? Well if you are planning a trip to Hong Kong or outer Mongolia you will be able to control your heating system in Christchurch by pressing a few buttons. You will be able to control ON/OFF, temperature, fan speed and alter your timer. It is envisaged that this will be available from Daikin in 2013.
This is an exciting innovation and although not for everyone, will suit those who are looking for a state of the art system .

The chairman and CEO of Daikin said the acquisition will assist Daikin to become the world leading manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
