8 steps to customer happiness
Posted October 29th, 2008 by Hartnell1. When you call Hartnell Coolheat we will arrange for our Consultants to visit your property for an ”obligation free site visit and quotation”. Our Consultants will meet you at your property at a pre-arranged time that suits you best.
2. At this meeting you will be asked your thoughts on what you are trying to achieve. We consider your input and feedback to be crucial throughout this process.
3. Your climate needs will be assessed and a position for the interior and exterior unit will be agreed on according to your needs and your budget.
4. Our Consultant will provide a sketch plan of the property with the position of the units and a calculation of the kilowatts required.
5. The Consultant will then explain the finer points of heat pump installation and use, answer any questions you may have and provide you with an obligation free quotation on the spot.
6. If you wish to accept this quotation you can call Hartnell Coolheat with the quotation number. A letter to you can then be drafted with the installation date. If this time does not suit, just call us to rearrange the date.
7. At approximately 9am on the designated day our qualified refrigeration engineer and qualified electrician will arrive. These installers are employed by our company and are not subcontractors.
8. The entire procedure is very simple. We will check back with you after everything is finished to check that you are 100% happy with the installation.
“It’s simple - we back ourselves 100% that we will leave you entirely satisfied, with a system that controls the climate of your home efficiently and cost effectively. Our policy is that if we do not install our best solution for your home we will rectify the problem free of charge*. There is no catch and no hidden costs. And, if you require servicing of your new heat pump, we will diagnose the problem on our first visit to your home. If we cant we will replace your heat pump free of charge*” - Chris Hartnell, Director - Hartnell Coolheat Limited.
